I have always had a passion for helping others and lending a helping hand to those who are in need and that is what has led me to working in my profession. I am currently employed at The Twin City Mission as a Homeless Services Case Manager and I absolutely love what I do.
I have my associates in Health and Administration and my bachelors in Health and Human Services. In the near future I plan to go back and finish up with my Master's.

She became a Hearne resident in 1994, when she married Mamon Rucker, Jr. and is now mother (Mom T) to 6 sons and 5 daughters, and a large count of grand and great grandchildren. Sis. Rucker is a dedicated servant-member of Independent Missionary Baptist Church, Hearne, TX, Rev. Walter L. Ward, Pastor; serves as Choir Director, Youth & Young Adult Sunday School teacher, and a member of the Deaconess Auxiliary.
Mrs. Rucker was formerly employed by Hearne I.S.D. for 14 years-served as Teacher Aide, Asst. Athletics Coach, HS & JH Cheerleaders Coach, Texas Registered Tax Assessor Collector, AP Clerk, Transportation Dept. Admin. Assistant and Payroll Clerk; City of Hearne-Registered Tax Assessor-Collector; Kirk Franklin and The Family- Vocalist with National Recording Artists; City Club of Fort Worth-Administrative Assistant to the President.
She is currently employed by Cognizant Technology Solutions in College Station, TX as a Payroll Tax Specialist for numerous contracted clients.
Sis. Rucker/Mrs. Rucker is no stranger to Community Service. She serves as one of several Citywide Youth Revival-Choir Directors; Hearne ISD Black History Program-Assistant; performs the National Anthem for Hearne ISD Football games, community events, and political assemblies. She is a former candidate for Robertson County Tax Assessor-Collector and now serves proudly as an officer-member of A Reason to Dream.
